About the Project

CHUKUM Lagoon is a premium branded residence and independent hotel located directly in front of the main lake and artificial beach of Vistacana. Inspired by the architectural styles of Tulum and Ibiza, the project combines a sophisticated boutique atmosphere with a hotel-managed residential concept. It comprises 8 buildings with 4 residential floors plus rooftop terraces, offering 235 hotel-managed residences and a 292-space underground parking garage.

CHUKUM Lagoon is located within Vistacana, one of Punta Cana's most comprehensive and well-planned residential communities. Vistacana offers more than 15,000 residential units, 24/7 gated security, lakes, artificial beaches, walking trails, sports facilities, a golf course, extensive green areas, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, retail services, and the prestigious Ashton International School. The community is designed as a vibrant year-round residential destination rather than an isolated resort.

CHUKUM Lagoon offers a complete resort-style experience with 3,000 m² of combined swimming pools, a 400+ guest convention center, a medical clinic and wellness spa, two restaurants, four bars, and a hotel-style lobby with reception and operator offices.

The project is designed around three main drivers of occupancy: health and wellness tourism, including dental care, IV therapy, regenerative medicine and longevity treatments; MICE tourism, supported by the convention center; and traditional leisure tourism, with lakes, white-sand artificial beaches, golf, restaurants and bars all within walking distance.
